We recommend using either a "D" or "Pear" shaped carabiner with The Bridge Buddy. Although an Oval Carabiner will fit, we've notice excessive wear on The Bridge Buddy's slot. We recommend using the PETZL - WILLIAM carabiner with your Bridge Buddy.
